Yes there is something there and if you pause on that part you just see a shape of something. No hands those are the lamp lights the thing that looks like a hat is also the lamp but the stuff in the middle is the ghost and no it does not look like a dummy and even if he did stop whistling does not mean it wasn't there he moved back to fast for anybody to move anything.
